New client consultations and individual sessions can be booked through the client portal system through the booking link above. New client consultations are 15min long and there is no fee for this meeting. Important Information

As private practice psychotherapist, I am not able to monitor phone and email messages at all times. I periodically check emails, take calls and check voice messages Monday - Thursday between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm and on Fridays between 9:30 am and 2:00 pm. I do not take calls, check emails or voice messages outside of these specified times, or on statutory holidays. Response time is typically one business day unless the office is closed for time off.
